How to redeem season subscriptions. For returning customers, skip steps 4-7:

  1. Visit the link above to buy tickets.

  2. Click "Log-in" in the top right corner above the current show calendar.

  3. Choose "Use Normal Login."

  4. Select "Forgot Password."

  5. Enter the email address used to purchase season subscriptions and "Send Email."

  6. Check for a password reset email - be sure to check SPAM/Junk mail if you don't see one. It should say "Theatre Albany" as sender and "Theatre Albany Password Reset" as subject.

  7. Click on the link to reset password and create a new one of your own. This should be the only time you need to do this!

  8. This should take you back to the log-in screen, so enter your email address, select "I am a returning customer," and enter your new password. From now on, you should be able to log-in directly at the log-in screen in steps 2-3.

  9. Click "See This Event" next to the current show.

  10. Choose date and time of the show you wish to attend, and click “Select Seats from Map.”

  11. Click the individual seat you want and choose the type of ticket you are purchasing [8-Ticket Subscription ($0), One Complimentary Ticket ($0), or regular price ticket ($20)]. Do this for each seat individually. [If you have a subscription package or received a complimentary ticket for any reason, please note you can only add a ticket with this label for as many passes as you have available. Although the “Add” button will still appear, if you exceed your available tickets, it will tell you that you have exceeded the maximum number of tickets allowed when you try to add all of your chosen tickets to cart.]

  12. Once you have picked all of your seats and "Added" them, there will be a list of your chosen seats. Click "Add Tickets to Cart." If you have exceeded your remaining passes, it will let you know. If you receive this message, remove the superfluous tickets and re-add them as the proper available ticket type.

  13. Proceed to “Checkout."

  14. Choose a Delivery Method (Print at Home - they will be emailed to you and will NOT be printed at the box office / Will-Call - they will be printed and available at the box office) and click "Continue."

  15. Add a donation if you choose and follow those steps or just click "Continue."

  16. Check your contact details and click "Continue."

  17. Review your order.

  18. Insert billing information if needed and check terms and services.

  19. Place order.

  20. Come and enjoy the show!
